Akoni Recruiting Systems is the result of many years of work, expertise and a consistent focus on innovative solutions in the field of e-recruiting. Michael Schrading has been working in software development since 1994 and decided in 2017 to develop the perfect CRM software for the recruiting sector based on his accumulated experience. The development, or rather the core of our software, is mainly based on the experience of cooperating headhunters and recruiters as well as Michael Schrading's IT knowledge. The company Akoni exists since 2018, and since 2023 Abderrahman Hajjam is a new member of our team and mainly responsible for marketing and sales.
