How secure is the data?
The complete Akoni system is available from Host Europe hosted by Host Europe. The servers are located in France. They are therefore also subject to the European security standard.
Please also read our GDPR provisions. The CRM system is provided with a company-related certificate from Starfield Technologies, Inc. This means that all data is transmitted in encrypted form.
Although I only have a small business, the Basic version is getting too small for me?
Akoni wants to grow with you. If you have booked the basic package and would like to book something in addition, please contact us, we will be happy to activate extensions on a piece-by-piece basis by arrangement.
Can I manage multiple employees with Akoni?
The akoni system is also very suitable for a recruiting agency. The employees manage you in the backend and give you rights to handle the information.
Can I move my data to Akoni?
However, you can do that very well! The costs for this are one-time and are calculated according to effort. No matter if you have texts, Excel tables or whole database dumps. We import your data incl. all files and images.
Is Akoni also available in English
Of course, you can set the CRM system completely in English individually for each of your employees. Other languages are also available on request.
I have a large amount of candidates how can I manage them?
Akoni is suitable for a small number as well as for an extensive portfolio. You can define your own filters and focus on a specific group of people. Whether you have 100 or 1000 candidates is irrelevant for Akoni.
I have a large amount of data in Excel spreadsheets and CSV files. Can I also import them into the akoni system?
Of course you can import all your Excel or CSV (comma separated) based data into the akoni import. This saves you a great deal of time and gives you an immediate overview of your data.
