Assistant (m/f/d) for housing management

On behalf of our well-known client, a construction and housing company from Brühl, we are looking for a full-time (37 hours / week) Housing Management Assistant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

The position is to be filled on a temporary basis - with the option of being taken on.

You can look forward to that:

• 37 hours / week
• An open-ended employment contract
• 3000€ gross/month according to the collective agreement for the housing industry
• Working hours from Mon.-Thurs. 08:00 - 16:00; Fri. 08:00 - 12:00
• 30 days vacation per year

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in administration, office organization and reception
• IT affinity and confident use of digital tools and Office applications
• Very good written and spoken German
• Independent working style, organizational skills and strong communication skills
• Professional, confident and friendly demeanor
• Enjoy working in a team
